To Download the Macromedia Breeze Plug-In

The Macromedia Breeze Plug-In for PowerPoint is a software program that works with the Macromedia

Breeze application service to help you create and publish your online presentations.

To download and install the Macromedia

Breeze Plug-In for PowerPoint:

• Go to the following URL:

http://breezep.suu.edu/common/pro

ducer/.

• After downloading, double-click on

the file and follow the installation

instructions.

• After installation, locate the Breeze

menu in the PowerPoint toolbar.

• Select the Run Wizard command

to start creating an online

presentation.

Run Wizard

The Run Wizard command provides the easiest method for creating an online presentation. The

Macromedia Breeze Plug-In wizard walks you through each step required to create a complete online

presentation.

To start the Wizard for creating your multimedia

presentation:

Select the Run Wizard command in the Breeze

menu. The wizard will walk you through the

following steps:

• Set the Microphone Recording Level: This

step helps insure you generate quality audio for

your online presentation. You will have to

connect the microphone before starting this

process.

• Record narration for presentation slides, including adding animations: From this window you

can also playback your multimedia presentation. After completing these steps you have the option

of Publishing a Presentation or returning to PowerPoint. To publish your presentation you must

have a valid user name and password to upload presentations to your Macromedia Breeze account.
